On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the following amounts are reappropriated for expenditure during year 1940 to complete projects heretofore authorized involving capital expenditures $32,333.66 for items costing $1,000 or more, as shown on Carryover Statement as of December 31, 1939; 512.68 for items costing less than $1,000 as shown on Carryover Statement as of December 31, 1939; 3,459.52 for drilling oil well and construction of oil handling facilities at Wilmington, California, originally authorized by A. F. E. No. 5, April 6, 1937. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, Contract Audit No. 9979, dated June 24, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Val Vita Food Products, Inc., providing for 1 - Conveyance to said Land Company of two parcels of land, located at Fullerton, California; 2 - Construction by said Land Company of: (a) A warehouse building, approximately 480'11" in length and 198'6" in width with 57'3H shed extension, all of wood frame, galvanized iron construction, at Estimated cost of $85,181.54, and (b) A frame and stucco office building, approximately 117*6" in length and 40' in width, at estimated cost of $26,768.39; 3 - Sale by said Land Company to said Val Vita of the two parcels of land and said buildings; Val Vita agreeing to make temporary down payment of an amount equal to 30$ of estimated total cost of said warehouse, less $2,880.54 architect's fee, or $22,673.92, and 50$ of estimated total cost of said office building, less $1,515.19 architect's fee, or $11,869.01; balance payable in 180 equal monthly Installments;
