On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of .President in executing and delivering lease agreement, Audit No. 10012, dated September 29, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Jack Dinno, Lessee, covering store room at,426 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California* said premises to be used for the purpose of merchant tailoring and haberdashery; for term beginning October 1, 1939, and ending on September 30, 1942; rental consideration 7$ of gross receipts but not less than $400 per month, payable monthly; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing and delivering on behalf of Las Vegjas Land and Water Company letter-agreement, dated October 2, 1939, (C.L. D. No. 2783), addressed to Mr.-J. D. Hendricks, 5303 Mount Royal Drive, Los Angeles, California, covering the furnishing of all necessary superintendence, labor, tools, equipment and transportation and the making of certain repairs to portion of this company's building, occupied by Wilbur-Ellis Company, damaged by fire, located at 453 North Mission Road, Los Angeles, California; consideration $286.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed- -21-
