On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, dated November 19, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and State Relief Administration, granting license to use certain premises of this company in Union Pacific Tract and Tract No. 8337, Los Angeles, California, for term of one year from and after August 15, 1938, for the purpose of em­ploying men in the growing of vegetables; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing and delivering lease agreement, dated November 25, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Mission Packing Company, Lessee, covering storeroom of this company at 426 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, Calif­ornia, for the display and sale of holiday packages of fruit and nuts, for term beginning November 25, 1938, and extend­ing to and including December 25, 1938; consideration |1250.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
