Collino Company* extending term for one year ending April 30* 1933* of leases Audit Mo*s. §?09 and 3709-1* which wore entered into with the LA&SL8& Co., and which company assigned all its rights* title end interest therein to Lae.Vegas Land and Water Company under agreement dated February 23* 1932* Audit Wo. 8334* covering bean warehouse at Hlllgrove* California* be* and the seme is hereby ratified* approved and confirmed.
