located thereon* which property was originally sold under lease with privilege of Purchase* dated May 30th, 1934, to Mr. 0. D. Payne (approved by President Calvin in his letter November 21st, 1931}* consideration §2*100, upon terns of initial payment §280* balance at §40 per month with interest at per annum; Mr. Payne having made proper assignment of aforementioned lease with Privilege of Purchase to Mr, Faaatia under date August 19th* 1934* be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded end carried, it was, by unanimous vote* ES8GLT1BJ that the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement dated November 30th, 1929, between the las Vegas land and Mater Company and Parkview Mutual Water Com­pany, providing that in consideration of the assignment by the latter of its water system and all pipe lines and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in and adjacent to Parkview Addition* in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada* to the land and Water Company for a nominal consideration* the las Vegas land and Water Company will extend its water service to Parkview Addition at the same rates and charges fixed by it for Clark*s las Vegas Town site; agreement further providing for termination of contract dated November 12* 1935, be­tween the parties hereto; be, and the same is hereby» ratified* approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote* RESOLVED! That the action of the President* per his telegram December 11th, 1939* in authorising Vice-President to prepare and execute usual form of agreement covering sale of lot 3, Block 8, Tract 1867, Yerrao, California, to William Smith* consideration 1100, under terms of one-fourth, or $2S» to be paid in cash, balance, ©r |78, within one year with Interest at per annua, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
