time for said purpose and that said contract of February 9, 1927, be amended accordingly upon the condition, however , that the County of Clark and the City of Lag Vegas respect-ively deliver to the Company their agreements amending their respective contracts dated February 16# 1937, as amended May 10, 1927, so as to change the words "one hundred ninety* to read *two hundred eighty* wherever the same appears in said amended contract of Hay 10, 1927, and extending the time for the removal of the improvements situate in and upon the premises in said contract described to and including December 9, 1927, Agreements, in form approved toy the taw Department, between the County of Clark and the City of Lae Vegas respect­ively and Las Vegas Land end Water Company, dated August IS, 1937, duly executed by said County and City and by this Company through its President and Secretary, amending the agreements of February IS, 1027 as amended May 10, 1937, between the County and City, respectively, and this Company, so as to change the words *©ne hundred ninety* to *tw© hundred eighty* wherever the tame appears in said agreements, and each of them, and providing that the time for the removal of the improvements mentioned in said agreements be extended to and including the 9th day of December, 1937, were submitted to the Board for its approval and ratification. On motion duly made, seconded and carried by the unanimous vote of all members present, it was, RESOLVED* That the action of the President and Secretary, in consummating and executing on behalf of said Company and under its corporate seal, the said agreements between the County of Clark and the City of Las Vegas respectively, be, and the same ie hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed, A further agreement in form prepared and approved by the Law Department, dated August 9, 1937, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and A.
