Proposed Rule 9-C of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company 9-c. Real Estate Subdivisions. Where real estate subdivisions are contiguous to existing mains of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the applicant elects to install water mains within the subdivision or tract at his own cost, a contract may be entered into by the applicant and the Water Company under which the cost shall be refunded by the Water Company after a sufficient number of water users are provided to warrant such refund
