Scott, Secretary, O R D E R During the last few months many complaints have reach-ed the Commission that utility companies are deviating from their rules and regulations and schedules this Commission; and of rates on file with !T APPEARING that it would be in the public interest to have each utility again file its rules and regulations and schedules of rates with this Commission. ^ IS ORDERED that each electric, gas, water, sewer telephone and telegraph company shall again file its rules and tro© §rM?iaIys. ti1.50.b s 1d9u3d6 .schedules of rates with the Ooimsilssioji prior IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the Commission to approve any or all rules and regulations and schedules of rates so filed.
