The to­tal compensation for June, 1943, is #113.15 short of a 15$ increase for the entire force, and the increases requested in the application now pending before you total only #56 per month. In addition to the foregoing information I cadi your at­tention to the fact that the position of water checker, for which an increase of #25*per month is asked, was established In July 1, 1942. A rate of #260 per month was authorised.
