For the purpose of determining the rental to be paid, meters have been installed and will be main­tained, and accurate record made of water used by Railroad Company and water used by User monthly during each year. Agreement shall be binding upon Railroad Comoany, its successors and assigns, and the User, its suc­cessors and assigns. Agreement shall take effect on April 1, 1929 and continue until terminated as herein provided.
