Clark, Chief Engineer and Manager, of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, together with copy of attachment re­ferred to in the letter. I believe Mr. Maag is familiar with this matter and I would appreciate it if you would have him check Col. Clark’s figures and advise me whether they are correct-or what changes should be made therein. Col.
