The location of the line of the trench for said water mains and laterals in the streets and alleys specified herein, the depth of said trench, the size of the pipe to be laid m the respective streets and alleys, shall be as designated from time to time by the Vice President of the Water Company, or his authorized repre­sentative. 12. You shall -procure, and cause each subcontract­or, if any, to procure from a duly licensed agent of an insurance company to be designated by the Water Company, Contractor’s Public Liability and Contractor’s Property Damage Insurance. The policy or policies to be taken out by you shall provide" limits (which have been designated by you) (a) under Contractor's Public Liability In­surance, of $25,000.00 for any one person; and subject to the same limit per person, $50,000*00 for any one accident; such insurance to protect^you and each subcontractor against claims for injuries to or death of persons, other than your own employees, arising out of the work to be performed under this contract; (b) under Contractor’s Property Damage In­surance, of $5,000.00 for any one accident, and subject to the same- limit per accident, $10,000.00 aggregate during an annual period. You shall procure of an insurance company to Company, Contractor's tractor's Contractual from a duly licensed agent be designated by the Water Contractual Liability and Con- Property Damage Insurance.
