X non enclose for year file additional blank forme sent me direct by Seoretary of State covering Union Pacific Railroad, Los Angeles 4 Salt Lake Rail­road, Utah Parks and Las Tegaa Land & Water Company. Ton have received signed acceptances on each of these except Union Pacific Railroad and X signed the form covering that one and returned it to Mr* 1. M. Sawyer May 1st. WALTER R. BRACKEW
