Mr, Frank Strong: I enclose herewith a letter from General Manager Case, of the Basic Magnesium, regarding a loading site desired by Defense Plants Corporation in the vicinity of our Boulder City Branch, I recall a representative of the Defense Plants Corporation was here several months ago, and inquired with regard to a site for loading on the Railroad. He also inquired with regard to owner- ship of certain land adjoining the Boulder Branch and we referred him to the local office of the Pioneer Title Insurance Company, Ho prints accompanied Mr. Cas@,s letter, but probably the location he refers to can be determined from the memorandum attached.
