May 33, 1945 R-3 Hr. Frank Strong: I enclose application from Horace Shidler. for a site on which he wishes to oonstruot a warehouse. Shidler is a former president of the Los Angeles Contractors* Assoolation and built the Mayfair Tract In Las Vegas a year or two ago. He Is also constructing the Ferrlel - Maddox warehouse at first and Charleston which we reoently looked over. The only site I know of that would accomodate him for the present Is the 100* frontage Immediately south of 0. J. Scherer just In rear of Lot 0 on South Main 8treet.
