Your understanding is correct that we intended to to cancel the letter of understanding covering sub—lease to Neeley & Myers. Neeley and Myers have a lease of their own (your letter August 23, 1944) and have no connection tlth the Thomas leasehold. Neeley and Myers receive ship­ment s on their own site which is the 50' adjoining Thomas on the West.
