Purdy covering site on South Main street. We have an application for this site from Messrs. Roussels and Clark who desire however to use the full 150 foot frontage between Western Heating and Ventilating Company and Southern Nevada Power Company, for the erection of a warehouse to handle beer and liquor shipments. ? I recommend a five-year lease in favor of J. g. Roussels, Jr. / s and Charles R. Clark a copartnership.
