Reinhardt: At a joint meeting of Service Clubs and the Chamber of Commerce last Monday, plans were outlined for the 19^9 advertising and publicity campaign to be conducted by the Steve H&nnigan organization. The Water Company has been solicited to con­tribute $500.00, the same amount we contributed last year, which X recommend. The Telephone and Power Companies are contributing a similar amount.
