Reinhardt: Under date of January 29, 19^+6, Work Order 553 was issued in the amount of #2390 to ©over extension of water stain into Block 1, tract 4, B.D.H.A., under Rule 9-A, for B. A. Saltziaan. We hare repeatedly contacted Saltzman in the past 2§ years with a view to proceeding with this work, but each time have received nothing but evasions. He now advises he recently sold ills interest In the Market Spot, a local Grocery, at a great loss and Is not now in a position to deposit the estimated coat* We have twice included this authorisation In the annual carry-over and the Auditor is now inquiring as to the progress of the Work Order, % see no point In further carrying this authorisation and recommend the Work Order be cancelled. %t it is revived at any time In the future, we will request a new Work Order, as the amount provided would not fit present day cost anyway.
