Eight of these lots have been sold to people who contemplate construction of homes in the near future, one being under construction now* these lots are at present supplied with water from a well in the traot thru a six inch steel pipe, but I doubt if there will be sufficient volume to furnish the necessary water for use of ten residences, lawns and trees unless a pump were installed* It would be agreeable with me for your company to take over the existing pipe and disconnect from the well if they would install the pipe necessary to make the connection to supply these plots* there is approximately BkO feet of the six inch pipe, which has an outlet with pipe installed to the property line of each plot, this pipe was all pur­chased new at the time of installation two years ago and is standard 19# pipe. lours truly, /a/ E.
