Reinhardt: Please see your file 1-7336 of May l?th oon-oerning improvements contemplated by the Board of Educa­tion to aeco flod&te additional pupils at the High School here* She Board now contemplates construction of a school building approximately 60 x 335* at an estimated cost of $300,000 to be located across 8th Street, which has been closed, and face on Bridger. We have an 8-inch oast iron water sain in 8th Street, the northerly 120* of which they request that we remove so that the building will not be constructed over & water line, and relocate same around the site of the future building* She Board of Education will, of course, provide us with necessary easements and will assume the cost of relocating the pipe line, and replacing of pavement in Bridger. For ready reference, I enclose Plot Plan showing buildings and, in dotted red, the existing 8-lneh oast iron pipe line and, in solid.red, the proposed location* At­tached also is estimate of cost* A.
