MoMiohael to 0‘Dovd distributing Company; In line with your letter, I advised Messrs McMloh&el and 0'Dowd that the proposed sub-lease was not agreeable. 0*Dowd then offered to relinquish hie 20-year lease on Sonansa Road in exchange for permission to sublease from MoMiohael on South Main Street, but in line with our conversation today X advised him to the Railroad Company. this was not agreeable In line with our previous request to Mr. XcMiohael that he select a tenant agreeable to the Railroad Company, I now attach his application to sub-least the premises at 500 South Main Street to Alfred Mg Lewie. Lewie is & wholesale grocer with headquarters at Riverside. California, and has been trucking his groceries Into Lae vegas.
