If you will recall, MeMichael recently re­leased the southerly 50* of premises covered by Lease A-602?7 to derry Masek on which to construct & warehouse in lieu of that damaged by fire* MoMiohael lease ex­pires May 1, 1951* 0*Jk>wd is at present occupying space in the Atlas warehouse south of Bonanza Hoad, but has not sufficient room in which to operate, and states the volume of his business could be improved if he had a Main Street outlet, lie has the agency for Carling* s leer from Cleveland, Ohio, and advises he shipped about 30 cars last year. He wishes to retain the Bonanza Road frontage we leased him with the Intention of building thereon a warehouse before the end of the current year. A. M. Folger
