Mill you please promptly prepare (1) Usual form of Rule 9-A agreement with Woody, ooverlng construction of this lino at an esti­mated coat of $1530.00, which amount he has advanced. (2) Labor agreement with Mtvada Construction Company covering labor required for its installation for a consideration of $5o2.50. She description of work to be performed is, *Commencing at a connection with the ex­isting water main at the north end of Block 25, lhth Street Addition, thence northerly through Block 26 a distance of **50 feet to an end at the north end of said Block 26.* She installation will be all 6* cast iron pipe, and Hook 26, Ihth Street Addition, is recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 62.
