In this connection I also conf erred with City Manager Murphy of Las Vegas and am advised that arrangements have been made for the North Las Vegas sewage to be dumped into the Las Vegas sewer line* He also advises the City of North Las Vegas is making arrangements to pass an ordinance Covering a sewer rental charge so they can participate In the cost of the plant.
