I* pipe or $4,165 per foot* Severer, when the cost statement was received from the sub-dividers, it was noted that their cost per foot was only $4.02, a difference of .145 per foot for the 36 feet, or $5*£2. Inasmuch as the agreed price of the 12* C. X. pipe was $4,165 per foot in the exchange for 10* pipe shown In our Bill Collectible, we credited the difference $5*22 to fiberti in the final adjustment of charges. Regarding the freight charges on the 12 X 6 tee and plug furnished for fire Igrdrants, we have corrected our bill against the city to include a portion of the freight charges, $4.33, and are attaching hereto corrected copy* Hr« I*.
