Discussed this natter to-day with Hr* Elstner who stated be was not In position to disclose Identity of M s clients st this tins# Re stated It was a gro*$> of Los Angeles sen who proposed to construct a bonded warehouse estimated to cost approximately ??5*©00* I advised M * we could not discuss a lease until suoh time as we knew who tbs principals were and their plans for development of the property* Hr* Slstner then stated when their plans were complete he would again contact us* Xn this connection Hr* a* J* Xaltenborn called to-day remaning the lease* Re advised be would be unable to proceed with M s warehouse at this tine and it would be satisfactory, in view of present building noadtpfzctioii controls, to permit the present lease to satire* He requested* however* that he be given a J year - 30 day reciprocal termination. lease in order to protect M s investment in the two small warehouses and spur track on the property* W.
