Ogani Attached hereto deed dated April 10# 1952 and cover­ing the above lots for delivery to Mr. and Mr** Ogan. At the time of delivery# will y u please collect from Mr. and Mrs. Ogan and forward to me check in the amount of 11*71# covering taxes for the period ending June 30# 1952* At the same time, you should advise them that as taxes for the fiscal year 1952-53 will be assessed in the name of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company# bill for such taxes will be mailed to them promptly upon receipt of statement from the County Tax Collector.
