Mr. A*C* Ritter — Los Angeles Referring to your letter of January 21st, Pile 733h, concerning proposed option to Keenan Pipe & Supply Co., for site on Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, X Lave today discussed with City Manager Shelley the possibility of making connection to the 6# sewer line referred to. Mr* Shelley advises that the sewer line still diagonally crosses the parcel under lease toithe City, but that the City will have no objection to Keenan Company connecting to the line at the southeast comer of the parcel we pro­pose to sell to Keenan in Bonanza Road, whichever may be most practical* Las Vegas - January 23, 1953* w«S® Johnson
