Upon execution of this agreement and receipt of said Sill of Sale and necessary easements for said water lines, to pay to the Subdivl&sr, at quarterly intervals, 35$ of the revenue received by it from consumers taking direct service from water lines installed hereunder for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been re­paid the agreed sum of $2200, whichever first occurs.
