If you art to act m Trustee as outlined above, please so advise and furnish me with a complete list of names of all parties which will be included In Trustee­ship, so that I may include them in formal agreement which will be prepared by the Water Company. We estimate that It will require 1610 LF of o* oast iron water sains to serve the property. The esti­mated cost of constructing the mains is 16220, which amount, pursuant to Nevada Public service Commission Rule 9, will be subject to refund. To provide adequate fire protection, city authorities require the Installation of two (2) fire hy­drants. The estimated cost o f constructing t * oast iron water lines to these hydrants Is $350, which amount is not subject to refund. In addition, it will be necessary that you secure from the City, at your own expense, two (2) fire hydrant®, the cost of which will likewise not be subjset to refund.
