In order to clear up any possibility of misunderstanding as to refunding cost of pipe­lines constructed in this subdivision, we have had an agreement drawn, interpreting the meaning of the provision of the deed covering installation of pipe lines* I transmit same in duplicate, approved as to form by Mr. Bennett and executed by Messrs.
