I am returning herewith, duplicate-originals and two extra copies of the proposed contract with Biltmore Homes, Inc., for changes as requested by Mr. Bennett in his letter of January 2 3 rd, which changes I believe he has discussed with Mr. McHsmee and who is in agreement with the necessity therefor. As we have not released A.F.E. data from this office there is no objection to increasing the amount to be inserted from #g,910 to |9,000. A.F.E, data will be changed accordingly. There is one suggestion that I would like to make, that is, that you show, either in the specifications or upon the red lines on the print, the sizes of laterals to be installed. The kind of pipe to be used is designated, but there is no indi­cation as to whether the laterals are to be 6 W or 4*, and I think this may be readily shown on the exhibit map.
