The refund contract with Biltmore has been prepared for submission to you. Understand grantees expect to sell other parcels of this land from time to time and not to personally develop the property. Believe general agreement with grantees here suggested and specific refund contracts with persona who develop the land from time to time will take care of the situation adequately.
