m 8, 1953 Mr* Ban H« Plunkett 1480 South 7th Street Las Vegas, liev&da Dear Mr* Plunketts Referring to your application to the Water Company for construction of water mains to serve industrial area adjacent to Clos Hoad which, I understand, includes ser­vice to the Western Laundry Company* In view of the fact that Clos Road is not a dedicated street at the present time and may not be at the time construction of pipe line is completed, it will be neoes-sary that you furnish this company with an easement for pipe lines requested which, I understand from Mr. Boyer of the City Engineer’s Office, should lie approximately 6 feet east of the presently planned sewer line in Close Road* You a rt also advised that our regulations have been amend* ed to provide that the Subdivider will furnish, at his own expense, a title company report or policy showing that a valid, private easement is vested in the Water Company.
