Mr. Johnson has referred your letter to me, since he is no longer the General Manager of the Water Company. Referring to the “Final Notice* that was mailed to you, please excuse the oversight by our Billing Depart­ment since it is apparent that the first notice was not mailed to you. W® are correcting our records as outlined in your letter and can assure you that this incident will not reoccur.
