Box 1928 Las Vegas, Nevada Attention: Mr. Milton Crane Gentlemen: This refers to your letter of December 12, 1953# relative to water service rates applicable to the 80 duplexes which your Company is developing in Cadillac Arms Tract Ho. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada. Following is a list of rates which will apply at the present time: 1. Duplexes |4.00 each 2. Two toilets 35^ each 3. Two baths or showers 35r each Total #5.**0 The above rates are based on the assumption that each unit of the duplexes has one toilet and one bath and are based on the existing tariff now in effect. With respect to the second paragraph of your letter relative to possible increase in water rates in the future, I am unable to advise in this respect and would suggest that you contact the Las Vegas Valley Water District which is located at 900 South Fifth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, and possibly they can enlighten you on this matter.
