Layas that Hr* McCarty desire# to ssours a location for construction of and off trackage quonset building ^ i o h h* would uas for storage of Peimsotl Products received In trailsr shipments from ths Railroad Company* I hart reelowed the situation in the Sonansa Road Industrial District area and night make the following suggestion for a location of a sits for Hr* McCarty*s operation! 1, Immediately south of and adjacent to the lease reoently negotiated with As® Plumbing and Heating Company, along the westerly side of Shop Road between the Aoe Plumbing and Heating Company Site and the Las Vegas Creek there exists an area about 100* x 150* which is good level ground and I believe will be very adaptable to the requirements of Hr, McCarty. 2. Immediately south of the Murphy Lease and adjacent to H Street extended, there exists a piece of property which Is approximately 50* frontage on U Street extended and 100* along the south line of Murphy** Lease which oould be developed into a fairly desirable site for Mr, McCarty*s operation, but would require the improvements of B Street extended and installing *®c« additional grading between the Murphy Lease and the Old Channel of La# Vega# Creek, This site will not be nearly as desirable as the one Lam Vega# - Moveaber 1 0 , 1953 8-2
