Las Vegas - June 30, 195^ Mr. V. W. Smith - Los Angeles Re your X-?24 dated June 25, and X-666 dated June 8, 195^, relative to unauthorized occupancy of Union Pacific Railroad Shop Yard grounds by LVL&W employees* Upon Investigation at the time of receipt of your X-666 I found that only one employee had a trailer on the Shop grounds, This employee named Lola Pelroy, who is employed by the Water Company as a maid in the rooming house, was notified to remove her trailer from Railroad property. Upon receipt of your X-72^ I then contacted Lola Pelroy and she advised that she had not yet been able to find a new location for her trailer and had not yet moved her trailer from Railroad property, I, therefore, suggest if the Railroad Company desires her to remove her trailer from Railroad property that they notify her of the fact and take whatever action is deemed appropriate to secure compliance.
