Austin 1925 Santa Paula Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Austins Referring to your letter of April 26. 195^ wherein you request the oonstruetion of a new o 8 oas iron water main in Gass Street and 8th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, and the abandonment of our presently owned and o w water mains located in alley which it is proposed to vacate in the North-westerly corner of Block 13, Wardie Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, please be advised that subject to approval of executives of the Water Company it would be satisfactory to con­struct a new water main and abandon the existing water main in alley which is to be vacated on the basis given in your letter.
