Sennett Please refer to my letter dated February 4, 1954, file W 23-1-144, requesting usual form of Refund. Agreement with Presbyterian Church of Las Vegas, Inc., covering construction cf water mains and fire hydrant conneotions to serve a portion of Sills Estates Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Presbyterian Church, Subdivider, has requested that the length of 4" cast iron pipe be changed from ?50 LF to $62 LF, which results in a change in the cost of constructing said water mains which is Indicated in my letter as being '3,255*00 to 12,842.00, all of which la indicated in paragraph 1 under *Sub­divider Agrees*' in my letter. This will also result in a change in the agreed stun to be repaid the Subdivider to conform with the above. In compliance with ray letter of February 4th, the Agree­ment was written by you as requested in ray letter and the usual number of copies furnished Mr. Reinhardt and Mr. Sennet for approval as to form. After approval by Mr. Bennett, delicate original.a and two copies i/©re returned to me for further handling. In view of the above, will you please recall all copies of this Agreement, which is numbered *N*L.D. 2?91, and prepare a new Agreement on the basis indicated above. L. R. Maag LRMslra
