SECRETARY: The Secretary shall/have the general charge and over-si^at of the business of the Corporation, under the d irection of the Board of Directors and the President, and subject to such ru les and restriction s as they may prescribe. He sh all attend to the correspondence of the Corporation, sh a ll keep f u l l records of the proceedings of a l l meetixgs of Stockholders and of the Board of D irectors, and sh all sign a l l such instruments o f contract and conveyance as are required to be signed by law, and by the BoaM of Directors. He sh a ll be w . pis the custodian of the seal of the Corporation, and of a l l bonds given by o ffic e rs and employes* He sh a ll prepare and keep, or cause to be kept, such books as the Board of Directors from time to time may determine tq be necessary. Sec. 6. TREASURER; The Treasurer s h a ll be the custodian ; -r in '-^""*7 A " o f a l l funds or moneys belon giig to the Corporation, or intrusted to it by others.
