I am informed by Mr. Leo A. McNamee former attorney for Union Pacific Railroad Company and LVL&W Co., that his files indicate Boulder Dam Syndicate I n c ., was dissolved In 1945 and that the charter for the Grand View Water Co., Inc., was forfeited in 1947 as a result of their failure to file the list of their officers for the years 1946 and 1947.
