Adamson, I have pre­pared and transmit herewith duplicate originals and five extra copies of proposed Agreement ^IPL.D. 2623, between UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY and aARBER-ffiHOCR DRILLING CORF. LTD., a California Corporation, with address at 3020 Empire street, Burbank, California, corering labor, teds, equipment, ete., necessary to swab, sand pump, test and develops five wells located at Las Vegas, Nevada. If said agreement meets with pour approval, trill you please approve as to form and transmit to Hr. Adamson for further handling, I also enclose, herewith extra copy of agreement for your files. Said Agreement is chargeable to Operating Expense and may be executed on behalf of the Railroad Company by the General Manager, pursuant to Section (A) of Ar­ticle VI of Instructions for Preparation end wariHag of Contracts as revised January 1, 1944.
