Audit Bo. 8727 covering maintenance of water mins serving Industrial Tract Bo, 1 at Las Vegas: It is our understanding that the ownership of this water line was transferred to the Las ¥egas Land and Water Company, and we are now furnishing water to the indus­tries in this tract. Under date of July 14, 1932, his fils 9215-3-*, Mr. Snickerhocher instructed Mr. Prater to prepare data for an easement from the railroad to the water \ company covering the ground in which this water line is coated, the later Company to handle the maintenance of the water line.
