Our measurements during July 1934 developed we produced 4,285,572 g a llon s per day from the three sources f i r s t above mentioned, that i s , the w e ll, b ig spring and l i t t l e sprin g, so our production th is year shows an increase o f 610,197 gallon s per day. An&erson, who made these measurements and a ls o a study of the Middle Spring which is not doin g v e ry w e ll, that i s : that we sink another w e ll in close p roxim ity to our present springs and w e ll. i’here has been already lo c a ted by -Or. Boyle a few years ago a spot where, he ad vises, we w i l l undoubtedly g et another b ig flow comparable to our present w e ll. Mr* Anderson advises they have a w e ll- r ig and I understand he is an expert w e ll d r i l l e r , knowing how to operate same. In view of the fa c t th at we are now in the throes o f much trou ble from our newly elected c it y o f f i ­c ia ls , a g ita tin g fo r municipal ownership o f the water system and have even gone so fa r as to request a $>200,- 000 loan from the Government fo r th is purpose, I think i t would be w e ll fo r us to make a study of th is s itu a tio n at the e a r lie s t p o s sib le tim e.
