State Engineer protesting against this wastage. Understand gravel on hand and will appreciate if you will arrange have B&B forces place it. Also, we are unable use weir boxes on Wells 1, 3 and 6 because B&B have not placed tar coating on inside-. Will you please arrange to correct both matters.
