Shipments o f m a teria l fo r the work o r ig in a tin g at points o f f the lin e s o f the Owner may, a t th e , e le c tio n o f the C on tractor* be b i l l e d by the Contractor through t o d estin a tio n or to the jun ction point o f the fo r e ig n lin e w ith the r a ilr o a d o f the Owner, F re ig h t charges on such shipments must be prepaid by the Contract-- or to d e stin a tio n or to such junction point as the case »a y be. _ I f the shipment is b i l l e d through to d e stin a tio n by the C ontractor, the Owner w i l l refund to the C ontractor th at p o rtio n o f the fr e ig h t charges accruing t o the Owner on such shipment. A l l a r t ic le s furnished by the Contractor fo r the work s h a ll be loaded and unloaded promptly at points Of shipment and at des­tin a tio n by and at the expense o f the C on tractor, and the Con­tr a c to r s h a ll bear the amount o f any demurrage charges accruing on cars s et by the Owner f o r loa din g by the Contractor or held under load by the C ontractor. A l l m aterial furnished by the Owner to the Contractor fo r the work hereunder w i l l be d e liv e re d f . o . b , cars at lo c a tio n o f work, and s h a ll be unloaded, stored and p rotected by and at the expense o f the Contractor and the Contractor s h a ll bear the amount o f any demurrage charges accruing on such cars w hile being un­loaded or held under load by the C ontractor. The Contractor s h a ll pay commercial ra te s on such a r t ic le s as blan kets, flo u r , meat and supplies used in boarding o u t fit s , also commercial ra tes on tobacco, g lo v e s , shoes and other supplies which may be so ld from the C on tra cto r's commissary. 11.
