FORM OF WATERPROOFING- CRJARANTX •We herewith guaranty that the concrete wherein Red Label Suoonem was used will remain water tight for a period of five f.5.1 years from date* In case any leaks should develop, we shall, at our election, either repair ourself, at our own expense, or indemnify you against any expense in connection with" the repair of this concrete, arising during the life of this guaranty by the failure of those portions in which Red Label Saconem was used, providing howeveri* That we shall not be liable for any leaks whieh may be due to structural cracks or defects, or injury to the watexproof member after completion; nor shall we be liable for any leakage due to injury. to the concrete because of pressure in excess of that which the thickness and strength of the Concrete construction is possible of withstanding* Also, it is agreed that you shall notify us immediately upon discovery of any seepage or leakage arising from any defect of the waterpfoofihgf and that such notification is made before the termination of this five (5} year guaranty* Should we be called upon to inspect any leaks which have developed and which prove to arise due to other cause# than failure of the Red Label Suoonem, then any expense Incurred^ by us because of such inspection shall be reimbursed to us by the owner*?
