Los Angeles* June 29 th* 19^5 735* Mr* F*E* Gragin: Referring to Mr* Jopllng's Shipping Notice, dated June 2£th, 1 9 *5 i covering shipment of two ff &*P* Motors* transferred from X**A* for use at Salt Lake* Today* 2 received call from the Byron-Jaokaon Go*, advising that when our Store Dept* truck pioked up these two motors at their plant in Vernon, the Byron-Jaokson employe failed to deliver to our track the rotating elements and shaft for the pump and these latter items are still on hand at the Vernon plant* fill you please have the trunk pick up the rotating elements and the shaft* Our driver should go to the shipping department and ask them to call Mr* McLaughlin of their oompany who will see that the parts are delivered to our truck-driver* We will he unable to obtain credit from Byron-Jaokson Go* for these parts and X suggest you dispose of them as scrap* rlafe R* L* Adamson
